This 16 year industry leader presents brand new specialty foam wiper balls made of natural rubber and capable of being used from 40°F (4°C) to 302°F (150°C).
The wiper foam ball can pass through small restrictions without getting damaged thanks to its parting stretch of 380 to 440%.

The 6-inch ball, for instance, has passed through ID restrictions less than 2 inches with a pressure no greater than 100 psi.

As part of placing cement plugs, OE foam wiper ball can be used to wipe the drill pipe or work string as a way to prevent scale from remaining on the ID. They are particularly useful when drilling deeper than 3000m.
