Since 2005, MERIT has engineered and manufactured OEM-equivalent breaker tools and wear parts for hydraulic rock breakers, from compact demolition hammers to 120-tonne-class mining breakers.
Every MERIT tool starts from EN 10204 3.1 certified 42CrMo4 alloy steel, traceable to its heat number. Each tool is 100% ultrasonic and surface-crack tested, then quenched and tempered to a controlled 50–52 HRC working hardness. The result is a hard, wear-resistant tip over a tough, impact-absorbing core. That means longer service life, fewer tool changes and lower cost per tonne.
